Invited Session 1: Future of Cloud Computing

Description
This session focuses on the cloud computing theory and practice today and tomorrow. Issues that tackle state of the art cloud computing research are to be laid out, specifically among many, security, distribution, consistency and mobility are to be considered. Many questions are raised and await to be answered: what are the limitations of cloud computing? how far will cloud computing go? what are the targeted applications and industries? how users should cope with cloud computing concepts? how will cloud computing be effected by new network and hardware technologies? how would traffic analysis and network performance are to be carried?
This session accepts scientific research papers that presents new concepts and implementations.

Scope
1. Research Issues and Technical/ Industrial Application Results on Networked Computing
2. Research Issues and Technical/ Industrial Application Results on Advanced Information Management and Service

Invited Session 2: Discovering the emerging paradigms of IT-enabled service innovation

Description
Thanks for the widespread concept of service economy and service science, management, and engineering (SSME), all the industries are forced to think changing their current business practices from traditional manual, cost-driven patterns into technology-enabled, innovation-driven ones. It then follows that IT-enabled service innovation becomes a hot, multidisciplinary topic in both innovation and MIS fields, and in both academy and practice.
To help highlight the development (or even the best practice) of this field, this invited session aims to act as a forum for the presentation of innovative developments and the exchange of information for researchers and practitioners on the topics of innovations of ITeS. In particular, applications, patterns, models or theories on IT-enabled innovation in service sectors (or service via IT, SvIT), IT-enabled new business (or IT as a service, ITaaS), IT-enabled business transformation, as well as service globalization through IT are especially welcome.

Scope
1. KSFs for ITeS developments
2. Economic impact and measurements of ITeS
3. IT-enabled innovation in B2C service sectors (e.g., healthcare, education, leisure, and tourism)
4. IT-enabled innovation in B2B service sectors
5. IT-enabled business transformation
6. Models on IT-enabled service globalization
7. New practices for IT research and development (R & D)
8. Roles and patterns of Application Service Providers (ASP) and outsourcing
9. Cloud-enabled service innovation and business transformation
10. Future and KSFs of sustainable living lab
11. Applications and best practices of Internet of things (IoT)
12. Emerging models for mobile commerce (MC) and ubiquitous commerce (UC)
13. CIO??s role and concerns in future IT development and investment
14. Other issues relevant to ITeS
