Call for Editors-in-Chief:
We courteously invite you as an Editor-in-Chief of JDCTA. Editor-in-Chief can revise each journal's scope and details. We will continue to strengthen HumanPub as a helpful research source for scholars, researchers and students. If you have interest in being a EiC of JDCTA, please be well-acquainted with the guidelines and fill out the blanks and submit it to us. Dr. Franz I. S. Ko Executive Publication Editor-in-Chief, Korea jdcta@aicit.org The proposal has to include: 1) Your bio.: Including photo, name, exact affiliation, current position, country, age, research interests, email, phone number, address, homepage, educational background, research experiences, international and/or domestic activities, publications and others to show your background as an expert in your research area. (free format) 2) Title of the Topic: The issue should be related to your major research interests (ex. Intelligent Issues on Computer Science) 3) Promotion and Managing Plan as a EiC of JDCTA Main criteria reviewing a proposal: Reputation, Age, International relationships and activities, Backgrounds (Education, Research) * EiC is not a perfunctory position to be listed on the journal website for his/her career but a core position playing pivotal role for the journal. * EiC should have good reputation in the field of his/her research interests. Age is also an important factor to be a EiC. * EiC should have good international/domestic relationships and foreign operations as a EiC of an international journal. * EiC is a not a position like a general reviewer or an editor. EiC have some more important abilities and duties like below; Abilities / Duties [1] EiC is strongly encouraged to maintain the quality of the accepted papers. [2] EiC is strongly encouraged to ask his/her colleagues or authors to cite our journal when preparing and submitting their papers. To be a world-class journal and to be listed in the SCI, your promotion is very important. [3] EiC is strongly encouraged to check references to follow the journal's guidelines as a scientific paper. Ex) pp (page numbers), publication year, vol. (volume number), exact name of the journal/ conference, exact author's name. [4] Ask authors to use reasonable English. Using English like a native speaker is very hard for a non-native researcher, but EiC should ask authors of accepted papers to check their English one more time before submission of the final camera-ready to the journal main system. |
