Abstract
This paper presents an information system (IS) model, which supports cooperation in strategic and commercial project operations. For all project participants multiple key success factors are considered: connecting business goals with project performance; supporting multi-partner management; and measuring the realization of the project goals. The presented structural model integrates the key components and data flows between entities, while the process model delivers step by step insight into the multi-project processes. The standardization of project planning and execution structures enables successful project portfolio management of all participants.
