IEEE will make reasonable efforts to ensure that abstracts and index entries will be included in Ei Compendex based upon the guidelines above, but there are no publishers (including CPS, ACM, SPRINGER and etc..) which can guarantee that any particular abstract or index entry will be included in Ei Compendex. Only they can is do their effort to ensure indexing. Because of indexing services are independent organizations not subject to the publishers (including CPS, ACM, SPRINGER and etc..) control.
We are running the conference proceedings with CPS and ACM for 1-3 year(s), and sure the IEEE and the ACM made and will make its best efforts to ensure indexing.
As we know, CPS and ACM is the most reliable and eminent international organizations in the world. We believe they will do their best to include your paper to their digital libraries (IEEE digital library, ACM digital library, Ei, SOPUS, ISTP and etc..)
