Welcoming Message from Dr. Kae Dal Kwack (IEEE Korea Council Chair(Former))

Welcome to ICCM2013 (NCM, ICNIT) and thank you very much for your precious contributions and attentions on the conferences. On behalf of the organizing committee and conference chairs, I'm here to express the warmest affections to all the authors and attendees from all around the world.
I'm sincerely pleased to invite ambitious and research-minded scholars from various countries to Jeju, the venue of ICCM2013 (NCM, ICNIT). Jeju Island - one of the most beautiful islands in East Asia is located just one hour by air from Seoul, capital of Republic of Korea. The southernmost territory of Korea, the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is a volcanic island created by eruptions millions of years ago. It is Korea's largest island and an international destination with fascinating natural landscapes and academic value. In October 2010, nine geological sites in Jeju Island received recognition as UNESCO Global Geoparks from the UNESCO Global Geoparks Network (GGN).
I must confess that ICCM2013 (NCM, ICNIT) will be the most valuable opportunity for both instructive and academic experience. And all of the authors attending the conference are believed to be the top-notch scholars and will make great achievements in their fields with this experience.
I wish you meet interesting researchers at the conference venue and share fruitful and novel ideas with the researchers who share the same goals and thoughts with you.
Thank you.
Dr. Kae Dal Kwack
IEEE Korea Council Chair(Former), Korea
IEEE Seoul Section Chair(Former), Korea
