Publication
Papers will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers. Proceedings
for the workshops will be included in the proceedings of INC 2009
and published by IEEE CS series (including IEEExplorer Digital
Library). The workshop papers will also be indexed by IEE INSPEC,
EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI. For post-conference journal publications,
selected authors of workshop will be invited to submit revised
papers (at least 30% enhancement with a different title) to be
published at the Journal of Emerging Technologies in Web Intelligence
