What is the Fast-Track?

You can have your paper reviewed and published within 6 ~ 8 weeks by our Fast-Track Program.
If you need to publish your paper urgently, please follow the process of the fast-track submission below.

Process of submission for the Fast-Track:
Note) If we cannot confirm the FAST Track Processing Fee within 7 days after paper submission, the paper will be rejected.


Step 1: Paper Submission
Join AISS Membership clicking the button in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen and submit your paper to the system as fast track paper. Then you will receive the paper ID from the system by e-mail. Please log in AISS website (http://www.aicit.org/AISS) and submit your paper at the step 1 paper submission menu for Fast-Track.

Remember you have to log-in with this ID and Password until your paper publication process is completely over.
*Advice 1) The publication fee must be paid after acceptance notification. (600 USD / 690,000 KRW)
2) Authors can include the processing fee to the receipt as publication fee.
3) The processing fee(200 USD / 230,000 KRW) is not refundable. If an author's paper in the fast track is rejected, the author can submit the next paper to the fast track without the processing fee as this fee will be used for the next submission under the same name author's name (only for one more submission).

Step 2: Payment for Processing Fee (200 USD / 230,000 KRW)
If you are finished with your paper submission, you have to make payment to move on to the next step.
Payment for processing fee has to be completed within 3days from the date of paper submission.

Step 3: Up-loading Registration form
Now, Up-load your registration form to the website (http://www.aicit.org/AISS/registration/upload_fastreg.html?jname=AISS&type=fast).
And from the next step, all guidelines will be mailed to the paper registrant. Please remember our system mail will only be sent to one author who registered paper on our website.

Please remember duplicated submission is strictly forbidden.

: Duplicate submissions (same papers submitted to the other AICIT) are strictly forbidden; if detected, these submissions will be unconditionally rejected.

Notice: Please read all publication policies and follow the publication process at the main website before paper submission: AICIT Journals are peer reviewed international journals by 5 reviewers(1 managing editor(prescreening), 1-2 editors(general review), 1 invited reviewers and 3 recommended reviewers(general review)) and every review process is controlled strictly according to the journal's guideline.

Authors cite the references of other papers during paper submission. If the cited references don't have exact information as below(especially, material's name, published year, issue and page no), there can be a problem of uncitable references when indexed on citation institute. Therefore, we strictly urge you to check the references carefully and indicate the exact information for them on your paper.

- Not high level score by editors and at least 2 reviews with reliable/reasonable revision comment by recommended reviewer(s): Accept
- Not good level score by editors and at least 2 reviews with reliable/reasonable revision comment by recommended reviewer(s): Accept with Revision
- Not good level score by editors and reviews with no reliable revision comment by recommended reviewer(s): Reject

For successful publication in the AISSs, your agreement is required. Please carefully read the terms of this license. Please understand that submission of the FINAL version of your paper to the AISS online system means that you and all co-authors of this paper agree to the terms of license. A copyright form is not required for confirmation.

Submitting your paper to the AISS means that you grant us the exclusive right to reproduce and/or distribute your article in a whole (including abstract and references) throughout the world in electronic, printed or any other medium. You agree that we at any time may publish your article, and that we may sell or distribute it, on its own, or with other related material.

The paper that authors submit to the AISS must be an original work, never published earlier in any medium and not currently under consideration for publication. Authors guarantee to the best of your knowledge that your paper does not contain anything that may be considered illegal, libelous or infringes other organization/publisher/party’s copyright. Authors must also guarantee that authors have the unrestricted permission of the owner of any copyrighted material that you use in the paper. This guarantee should be clearly acknowledged in the text. After the paper has been submitted and accepted for publication, the author may use the paper just as any other academic material.

We guarantee to respect all the rights of the authors. We will make sure that the authors’ names are clearly and promptly associated with the published work. Apart from some necessary editorial changes that are required for publication following our official standard, we will not make any substantial alterations to the papers without discussing it with the author.
